Future Ready Collier seeks a dynamic and visionary Managing Director to lead this vital collective-impact initiative. Future Ready Collier is a network of over 60 community organizations, businesses, and agencies dedicated to ensuring every child in Collier County is ready for kindergarten and every young person is prepared and has a post-secondary plan upon high school graduation. The Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF) serves as the backbone organization for Future Ready Collier (FRC).
The FRC Managing Director is responsible for guiding the FRC network’s strategy, facilitating collaborative action, and driving progress toward its ambitious, data-driven goals. This individual will serve as the central point of leadership, communication, and accountability for the initiative, working closely with community partners, stakeholders, and NCEF leadership to create lasting positive changes for the children and youth of Collier County.
